Block Monsters Hunter — Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game application "Block Monsters Hunter" (Korean: 블록 몬스터즈 헌터, package: com.g5soft.blockmonster, hereinafter the "App").
The App is developed and operated by G5-SOFT (hereinafter the "Company"). The Company complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection of Korea, and establishes this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information.
Article 1 (Personal Information Collected)
Required Items (essential for service use)
- Nickname (for ranking display)
- Country (for regional rankings)
- Email address (when signing in with Google)
Automatically Collected
- Game progress data (scores, clear records, currency, etc.)
- Device info (OS, browser type)
- Access IP address, access time
- Ad identifier (where applicable)
Payment-related (when IAP is introduced)
- Payment is processed by Google Play / App Store; the Company only collects result info (receipt, item name, amount).
Article 2 (Purposes of Collection and Use)
- Game service provision and progress
- User identification and operation of rankings/challenges
- Prevention of fraud and user protection
- New content development and statistical analysis
- Legal compliance
Article 3 (Retention and Use Period)
The Company destroys personal information immediately after the purpose of collection is achieved, except:
- Until data deletion request by the user or legal guardian
- Payment records: 5 years per E-commerce Act
- Fraud records: 1 year
- Access logs: 3 months per Communications Privacy Act
Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties as a rule, except:
- When the user has consented in advance
- When required by law for investigation purposes
Article 5 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may outsource personal information processing as follows:
- Google LLC: ad delivery, statistical analysis (until contract end)
- Google Play / Apple Inc.: payment processing (until contract end)
Article 6 (Destruction of Personal Information)
Procedure: Destroyed immediately upon expiration of retention period or achievement of purpose.
Method:
- Electronic files: permanently deleted in an unrecoverable manner
- Paper documents: shredded or incinerated
Article 7 (User Rights)
Users may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request correction of errors
- Request deletion (available at https://g5soft.com/bm/delete-account.php )
- Request to stop processing

Article 8 (Automatic Collection Devices)
The Company stores users' game progress in the device (localStorage). Users can delete stored data via browser/app settings; deletion will reset game progress records.
Article 9 (Personal Information of Children Under 14)
The Company obtains consent from legal guardians when collecting personal information of children under 14. Information of children under 14 who registered without consent will be deleted immediately upon verification.

Article 11 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
This Policy is effective from the implementation date. Changes due to laws or policies will be notified in-game in advance.
